Creative & Influencer Manager

PHIX - Madrid, Spain


PHIX is a fashion brand built on a clear creative identity, combining sharp design, cultural reference, and a strong point of view.

Rooted in 70s silhouettes and music culture, the brand blends refined tailoring with expressive detail. Clean lines, statement collars, elevated fabrics, pieces designed with intent rather than trend.

PHIX has worked on high-profile collaborations with artists including David Bowie and The Rolling Stones, translating iconic references into modern, wearable product. This direction continues with new collaborations planned for 2026 and beyond.


The Role

This is a creative-first role focused on building and evolving the PHIX ad creative engine through product-led content and influencer collaboration.


Based in Madrid or elsewhere in Spain, you will work internationally with influencers and creators to develop content for both paid and organic channels. This is not a Spain-only influencer role. The focus is global.

The role is not simply about finding influencers. It is about finding the right creators to produce the right creative around the right products. We are looking for someone who understands how strong visual content can elevate a product, strengthen an ad, and improve performance.


You will help identify creators who align with the PHIX aesthetic and can bring products to life in a way that feels elevated, aspirational, and commercially effective. A major part of the role will involve building creative around high-performing products and best sellers, refining how they are presented through better content, stronger hooks, sharper product storytelling, and more effective ad creative.

Alongside this, you will constantly study ads and creative output, analyse what is working, identify patterns, and bring forward ideas that can improve performance across both paid and organic channels.


This role requires strong visual judgement, cultural awareness, product instinct, and a clear understanding of how creative and performance work together.


Key Responsibilities

* Source and identify influencers and creators aligned with the PHIX aesthetic across international markets
* Reviewing our own in house creatives and thinking of new ideas and strategires
* Build relationships with talent globally, not just within Spain
* Brief creators to deliver content that feels elevated, intentional, and on-brand
* Continuously research creative content across fashion, music, and culture
* Analyse high-performing ads and social content, understanding why they work
* Propose new creative directions, formats, and campaign ideas
* Support both organic and paid content strategy
* Work closely with the wider creative and marketing team to execute ideas
* Help shape a consistent and recognisable visual identity across all platforms


What We’re Looking For

* Based in Madrid or elsewhere in Spain
* Strong visual eye and a confident sense of taste
* Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms
* Interest in fashion, music, culture, nightlife, and image-making
* Ability to identify creators who feel aspirational, authentic, and relevant to the brand
* Interest in both creative direction and performance
* Comfortable analysing ads and content with a commercial mindset
* Proactive, ideas-led, and confident bringing suggestions forward
* Strong communication skills and confidence working with creators and internal teams
* An international outlook, with an understanding that the brand works across multiple markets

* Not a traditional marketing role focused only on reporting or coordination
