We’re Hiring: Financial Manager – Ghent Region
Are you a strategic finance professional ready to take ownership of business performance and drive financial excellence?
We are looking for a Financial Manager to join a fast-growing, dynamic organisation in the Ghent area. In this role, you will lead financial planning, reporting, and analysis, acting as a key partner to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
You will:
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning
Deliver accurate management reporting and KPI insights to support strategic decision-making
Monitor business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions
Drive process improvements, automation, and digitalization initiatives
Ensure financial compliance, data integrity, and best practices across ERP and reporting systems
We’re looking for someone with:
Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration
5+ years of experience in finance, controlling, or FP&A
Strong analytical and strategic mindset, with excellent problem-solving skills
Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, etc.)
Solid experience with ERP systems
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
