As our F&B Supervisor, you are responsible for ensuring a smooth and high-quality Food & Beverage operation. You lead by example, motivate the team and ensure that every guest enjoys a welcoming and professional experience.

A day in the life of…
As F&B Supervisor, you combine operational excellence with people leadership. You are present on the floor, guiding the team and ensuring service quality at all times.
Your responsibilities include:
Operations
* Supervising and coordinating daily F&B operations
* Ensuring smooth service flow and maintaining Marriott brand standards
* Welcoming guests and ensuring a warm, attentive, and professional service experience
* Handling guest feedback and resolving concerns in a proactive and solution-oriented manner
* Monitoring stock levels, placing orders and ensuring proper inventory management
* Ensuring cleanliness, hygiene and HACCP standards are consistently respected
Team Leadership
* Leading, motivating and coaching the F&B team on a daily basis
* Creating efficient shift schedules in line with operational needs
* Training new team members and supporting their development
* Acting as the main point of contact between F&B, Front Office and hotel management
Administration & Quality
* Monitoring service quality and guest satisfaction scores
* Supporting cost control and productivity targets
* Ensuring compliance with Marriott procedures and internal guidelines
Who are we looking for?
To succeed in this role, you are hands-on, guest-focused and confident in leading a team within a dynamic hotel environment.
You bring:
* Proven experience in Food & Beverage within a hotel or hospitality environment
* Experience in a supervisory or leadership role is a strong asset
* A natural leadership style with the ability to motivate and coach others
* A strong sense of responsibility and ownership
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* A proactive mindset and the ability to anticipate operational needs
* Strong communication skills in English (Dutch and/or French are a plus)
* Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings and weekends
