What you’ll do
* Translate business challenges into scalable AI and data-driven solutions.
* Design and develop agent-based architectures with clear roles, responsibilities, and interaction patterns.
* Build orchestration layers that manage flows such as routing, planning, and recovery.
* Ensure consistent and secure context handling across systems using modern protocols and patterns.
* Safeguard data governance, security, and compliance throughout implementations.
* Integrate AI solutions with data platforms, APIs, and operational systems.
* Support the deployment and lifecycle of AI solutions, including monitoring and evaluation.
What we’re looking for
* Hands-on experience with prompt design, context handling, and AI workflow orchestration.
* Strong programming skills, especially in Python and SQL.
* Understanding of generative AI concepts and modern AI system design.
* Experience bringing AI or LLM-based solutions into production environments.
* Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure).
* Experience with big data technologies such as Spark.
* Knowledge of operationalizing AI solutions (e.g. deployment, monitoring, lifecycle management).
* A Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or equivalent experience.
* Ability to clearly explain complex AI behavior to non-technical stakeholders.
