Overview
We’re looking for an Enterprise Architect to join our client’s team and contribute to a cross-organizational architecture vision within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. In this role, you will play a key part in aligning architectural practices, driving consistency, and enabling collaboration across multiple entities. You will act as a bridge between organizations, ensuring harmonization and reuse of capabilities and architectural building blocks.
Responsibilities & Tasks
You will operate at a strategic level while remaining hands-on in guiding architecture practices and collaboration:
* Collect, analyze, and structure capability maps across multiple entities
* Drive harmonization of terminology, scope, and definitions to ensure consistency
* Develop and maintain a shared capability map at an organizational ecosystem level
* Identify overlaps, gaps, and inconsistencies, and propose consolidation opportunities
* Support functional decomposition of capabilities into functions and sub-functions
* Provide methodology, templates, and best practices to ensure alignment
* Facilitate collaboration between enterprise architects across different organizations
* Prepare and lead architecture workshops and alignment sessions
* Act as a mediator and problem-solver for overlapping initiatives and architectural risks
* Contribute to strategic roadmap development and prioritization of capabilities
* Align capabilities with ongoing and future initiatives and projects
Profile & Expertise
Our client is looking for a strong communicator and strategic thinker with solid architectural expertise:
* Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect in complex environments
* Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF)
* Hands-on experience with capability mapping and architectural modeling
* Solid analytical skills with the ability to structure and simplify complexity
* Familiarity with federated or multi-entity architecture environments is a plus
* Affinity with regulated or public-sector-like environments is an advantage
* Ability to facilitate collaboration and drive consensus across stakeholders
