Site Coordinator Pipelines – Infrastructure Projects

We are now looking for a Site Coordinator (Pipelines) to strengthen our consultancy team for major infrastructure projects in Belgium.
💼 What You’ll Do
As a Site Coordinator Pipelines, you will:
* 🛠 Oversee and coordinate civil engineering and piping works on-site under the guidance of the Project Manager.
* 🔍 Ensure quality control of works (plans, specifications, execution methods).
* ✅ Supervise procedures for commissioning pipelines, in collaboration with the Project Manager.
* ⚡ Guarantee the safe execution of works, particularly during excavation near existing pipelines and cables.
* 🧩 Provide technical solutions when unexpected challenges arise.
* 🦺 Monitor daily safety compliance (instructions, VCA objectives, work preparation).
* 📅 Manage planning and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
* 💰 Control budgets by monitoring performed work and contractual obligations.
* 📑 Handle administrative tasks (orders, material reception, welding books, as-built documentation).
* 💻 Use digital tools (cloud, SharePoint) for reporting and follow-up.
🎯 Your Profile
We’re looking for hands-on, proactive professionals with:
* 🎓 A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanics, Electromechanics, or another technical field (Land Surveying = strong asset).
* 🏗 At least 1 site experience (civil engineering, piping, or similar).
* 🗣 Excellent command of Dutch & French (written and spoken).
* 🛠 Experience in piping is a plus.
* 💻 Ability to work with digital applications.
* 🌟 Initiative, problem-solving mindset, and strong organizational skills.
* 🤝 Team spirit, flexibility, and strong communication skills.
* 📜 VCA Certificate for Operational Supervisors + First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain within 3 months).
* ⚡ Recent BA5 electrical safety certificate (or willingness to obtain within 3 months).
* 🚗 Willingness to travel across Belgium.

* Permanent presence on sites across Belgium.
