Your RoleYou will lead concept design phases of CAPEX projects, ensuring technical feasibility, cost control and alignment with industrial and regulatory requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and develop concept design for CAPEX projectsProduce PFDs, P&IDs, layouts and feasibility studiesEstimate CAPEX (OPEX a plus) and manage project risk registersIntegrate technical, GMP, validation and sustainability constraintsCoordinate internal teams and external engineering partnersSupport project governance and investment decision processes
Your Profile10+ years experience in industrial engineering, including CAPEX projectsProven experience in concept design phase (mandatory)Experience in pharma, biotech or regulated industrial environments requiredStrong experience in project costing and technical feasibility analysisAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and multidisciplinary teamsStructured, autonomous and decision-oriented
