Job Description
As a Construction Manager, you will join a collaborative unit within a leading pharmaceutical company. You will be part of a team of Construction Managers, responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of construction projects in a GMP-regulated environment. This role requires strong autonomy, coordination skills, and a proactive approach to safety and compliance.
The Role & Responsibilities
Reporting to the client’s project leadership team, your responsibilities will include:
* Managing construction permits and supervising site activities
* Coordinating with multiple Project Leaders across departments
* Ensuring safety and regulatory compliance throughout all phases
* Overseeing the full lifecycle of construction projects
* Supporting infrastructure, mechanical, and electrical works
* Ensuring alignment with GMP standards and internal procedures
* Participating in weekend work (approx. 10 weekends/year).
Skills & Qualifications
* You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
* You have proven experience in construction and site supervision, ideally within GMP-regulated environments
* You are fluent in French and comfortable working in a fast-paced, compliance-driven setting
* You can work autonomously and adapt quickly, ideally becoming operational within the first month
* You are familiar with GMP rules and safety standards
* You bring expertise in infrastructure, mechanical, or electrical works
* You are open to working approximately 10 weekends per year as part of project requirements
* You thrive in collaborative environments and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary team
* You are a junior profile with high autonomy, or a seasoned professional ready to take ownership of complex projects.
