The day-to-day business:
Given the growth of Q-People and the future challenges, our new HR Business Partner colleague will have a 360° role and will be active in both HR and Business.

* Proactive monitoring of market needs and trends
* Introducing suitable candidates to our clients
* Maintaining relationships with our customers

Who are you?
* You have first experience in recruitment and within life science? Well, that’s a bonus.
* Bachelor's or master's degree and a driver's license;
* You speak Antwèrps, Limburgs, ... and some Liégeois or Namurois, to connect with your French colleagues. English is definitely your cup of tea.
* You are a self starter and can work independently. You take responsibility and know your priorities.
* You get really excited about guiding talent to the project that he/she is crazy about.
* You see motivation and positive attitude of candidates as the driving force for success
* You want the new employees to feel good about the job they do
* Like yourself, you want candidates in pharmaceuticals and biotech to be able to make a difference in bringing medicines to market in a high-quality and safe manner.
