QA/Cx Administrative Assistant (Quality & Commissioning) – Mons Region
We are currently looking for a QA/Cx Administrative Assistant to join a long-term, large-scale project in the Mons region. You will support the Quality & Commissioning (QA/Cx) team on a major international project, contributing to the proper implementation and documentation of quality and commissioning processes throughout the project lifecycle, with opportunities for professional growth over time.
Mission
* You act as a key support function within the QA/Cx team, ensuring smooth administrative coordination of quality and commissioning activities.
* You provide day-to-day administrative support to the QA/Cx Lead and QA/Cx team.
* You ensure that QA/Cx procedures and processes are correctly applied and followed throughout the project lifecycle.
* You coordinate, manage, and maintain QA/Cx documentation, records, and reporting.
* You prepare and issue weekly and monthly QA/Cx reports to the client, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.
* You support communication and information flow between the project team, QA/Cx stakeholders, and the client.
Profile
* You hold a basic qualification in Quality (Quality Technician or equivalent).
* You have medior-level experience, preferably with site exposure in contracting or construction environments.
* Experience on data center projects is a strong advantage.
* You demonstrate strong awareness of Health, Safety, and Environment (EHS) requirements.
* You are well-organized, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment.
* You have good communication skills and are fluent in English (project working language).
