Our client, a leading organization in the transport sector, is currently digitalizing its operational planning services for resource and competency management. This role involves acting as a key bridge between business demands and technical implementation to deliver optimized solutions for personnel and vehicle planning.
Responsibilities
* Translate complex business demands into functional analyses and clear technical deliverables.
* Lead requirements elicitation workshops within complex, multilingual project environments.
* Structure, review, and prioritize requirements from various stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
* Develop exhaustive work packages for implementation teams to maintain end-to-end quality assurance.
* Manage backlogs and documentation using collaborative project management tools.
* Drive process analysis and quality management throughout the entire project life cycle.
* Support technology renewal and migration initiatives through close collaboration with the project team.
Requirements
* You have 8+ years of experience as a functional analyst within software development environments.
* You possess 8+ years of experience working with both Waterfall (PMI/Prince2) and Agile (SCRUM) methodologies.
* You bring a proven track record in the domain of operational planning specifically within the transport industry.
* You have extensive practical knowledge of BPMN and UML for functional and process modeling.
* You're experienced in managing backlogs and technical documentation using Jira and Confluence.
* You possess experience with ServiceNow for tracking and managing service tasks.
* You have demonstrated expertise in leading requirements gathering for technology renewal or migration projects.
* You are proactive and solution-oriented with the ability to adapt to changes in a project portfolio.
* You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.

* Possession of certifications in process analysis or quality management.
