Eastern Europe Sales Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as Area Sales Manager for Eastern Europe. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the indirect channel in Eastern Europe, North Africa, and South Africa.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Define and execute a sales strategy tailored to your region, working closely with the Eastern Europe OHSD & DS Manager.
* Sales management of all Dynaco Europe products within your area, including four brands with distinct positioning, pricing, and objectives.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers in your region, while also identifying and appointing new dealers to expand market coverage.
* Provide individualized consulting, training, and support to customers as needed, including trade shows, lead generation, end-customer visits, and large deal project follow-up.
* Closely monitor regional sales figures and provide management with forecasts based on quotes pipelines on a regular basis.
* Contribute global market intelligence and competitor activity through regular reporting.
The Ideal Candidate:
* 8+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record in developing a distribution network in an international B2B environment.
* Fluency in English and one Eastern European language.
* Industry experience in at least one of the following: Overhead sectional doors or Docking products.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds, levels, and departments.
* Autonomy, flexibility, and efficient planning skills, with up to 50% travel required.
