We are looking for an L2/L3 Support Engineer to strengthen an international IT team and ensure smooth operations across cloud and infrastructure services.Function Description Provide second- and third-line support for Azure & M365.Analyse, prioritise and resolve incidents using ServiceNow.Troubleshoot and support issues related to:Azure AD, Intune, Exchange Online, Teams & SharePointWindows Server (migrations & updates)Basic networking (VPN, firewall, switching)Printing and data reporting issues Automate recurring tasks using PowerShell.Collaborate on projects (migrations, ITIL processes, security testing).Work proactively to improve processes and prevent incidents.Profile Description 5+ years of IT support experience, including 2-3 years on L2/L3 level.Strong knowledge of Azure & Microsoft 365.Experience with Windows Server & Active Directory.Familiar with ticketing tools (ServiceNow is a plus).Fluent in English (Dutch or French is a plus).Proactive, hands-on and solution-oriented mindset.
