The Job
Are you ready to drive impactful product launches and shape the commercial success of leading brands across Benelux? Join us as Trade Marketing Manager and play a pivotal role in developing go‑to‑market strategies that boost revenue, profitability, and brand awareness.
What You’ll Do
* Lead new product launches for BLACK+DECKER and Stanley businesses across the region
* Develop channel and account‑specific go‑to‑market strategies to increase revenue and profitability
* Analyse market trends, customer needs, competitor activity, retail pricing, and identify white space opportunities
* Take an active role in product training and customer meetings, internally and externally
* Drive website and online activities by ensuring products are accompanied by best‑in‑class data
* Work closely with Brand Marketing Managers to manage the full marketing mix, including brand communication, social media plans, campaign materials and sponsorships
The Person

* Demonstrable experience in Product Marketing / Trade Marketing
* Native Dutch and strong French and English language skills
* Experience working within consumer products
* Flexibility to travel and a clean driving license
* Ability to build strong customer relationships
* Effective communication skills – internally and externally
* Fast learning and quick thinking, ready to dive into the DIY world
