- Permanent position Location: Brussels City Center Division: Investment Department Client: Leading Investment Company Robert Half is recruiting a talented Management Assistant (H/F/X) for a prestigious investment company located in the heart of Brussels.

If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are ready to take on a permanent role supporting a high-performance team, this opportunity could be your next career move.

As a Management Assistant (H/F/X), you will provide essential administrative and organizational support to a Partner, a Principal, and their dynamic team within the Investment Department.

Your contributions will directly impact the smooth operation of key executive functions and committee activities.

Key Responsibilities: Calendar Management: Coordinate complex, demanding schedules for senior executives using Outlook, ensuring efficient diary management.

Meeting & Travel Coordination: Organize numerous meetings and business trips within Europe, managing logistics and itineraries.

Committee Support: Assist with annual committee events and prepare concise board packs for decision-making sessions.

Mail & Email Handling: Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, both physical and digital, for the team.

Expense Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed expense reports in a timely manner.

Call Management: Professionally handle and filter incoming calls, relay messages, and interact with high-profile external partners.

Information Sharing: Collect, organize, and disseminate key information, ensuring stakeholders are well-informed.

General Administration: Perform filing, photocopying, and document management tasks as needed.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with two other executive assistants, fostering information sharing and mutual support.

The ideal candidate: Languages: Excellent level in French and English (both written and spoken).

Experience: Demonstrable experience supporting senior-level executives in a fast-moving environment.

IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Outlook.

Organization: Outstanding time management, meticulous attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
