What will you be doing in this role?
* Support the IT Operations team in designing, deploying, and optimizing infrastructure systems.
* Maintain and support Windows endpoints (Windows 10/11) and Windows Server environments.
* Manage and update Microsoft and third-party applications via SCCM and other deployment tools.
* Develop, validate, and release OS deployment images and task sequences for endpoints.
* Ensure consistent patching, software updates, and antivirus management across all devices.
* Administer and optimize Group Policies (GPO) for Windows environments.
* Troubleshoot and resolve 2nd and 3rd level incidents and problems related to endpoints and infrastructure services.
* Maintain and support printing services (e.g., UniFlow, print servers).
* Create and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and system optimization.
* Prepare and update documentation and knowledge base articles to support Service Desk and end-users.
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position?
* Master’s degree and a minimum of 11 years of professional IT experience.
* Deep knowledge in one or more IT domains such as infrastructure, security, or systems administration.
* Strong, hands-on experience with Microsoft SCCM and GPO management (application and update releases, task sequences, troubleshooting).
* Proven experience creating Windows deployment images and application packages.
* Proficiency with Active Directory management.
* OS and application troubleshooting (Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office).
* Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation.
* Familiarity with UniFlow or similar printing environments.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Cloud technologies (Intune, Entra ID, Azure, Microsoft Defender).
* Strong documentation and communication abilities.
* Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a global IT operations environment.
* Capable of participating effectively in multilingual meetings. A strong use of the English language is expected
