Job Title: Solution Architect – Consumer Digital Platforms (Energy Sector)
Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid – 2 days onsite/week)

Overvie
wWe are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the evolution and modernization of a strategic Consumer Digital Platform within a leading Energy & Utilities organization. This role will focus on designing scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions while driving the migration of business-critical applications to a modern Kubernetes-based digital platform
.The successful candidate will work closely with Product Owners, Engineering teams, and Enterprise Architects to ensure technology solutions align with business objectives, architectural standards, and long-term digital transformation goals
.Key Responsibilitie
* sLead solution architecture activities for customer-facing digital platforms and associated applications
* .Provide architectural leadership and guidance to Product Management and Delivery Teams
* .Design and recommend scalable, secure, and future-ready technology solutions
* .Drive the migration of applications from Microsoft Azure environments to a cloud-native Kubernetes platform
* .Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security policies, and technology standards
* .Define and govern integration architectures across multiple systems and business domains
* .Collaborate with engineering teams to implement best practices for cloud-native application development
* .Support API strategy, integration patterns, and platform modernization initiatives
* .Facilitate architecture reviews, technical decision-making, and stakeholder alignment
* .Contribute to architecture roadmaps and digital transformation initiatives

* e6+ years of experience as a Solution Architect
* .Strong background in enterprise application architecture
* .Experience designing and delivering large-scale digital platforms
* .Proven experience leading application modernization and platform migration projects
.Cloud & Platform Technologie
* sStrong expertise in Microsoft Azure (PaaS Services)
* .Solid understanding of Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures
* .Experience with containerized application platforms
* .Knowledge of platform engineering principles and modern deployment practices

* tStrong understanding of integration architecture and Enterprise Integration Patterns
* .Hands-on experience with API Management platforms
* .Experience designing system-to-system integrations and service-based architectures
