CORE ASSIGNMENTS
* Strategize and execute: Design, refine and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and engage prospects. Youll receive a lot of creative freedom to experiment and implement a strategy that works best.
* Lead generation & pipeline management: Oversee the full sales funnel and work with the team to build a scalable multi channel pipeline ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads and opportunities.
* Lead and inspire: Mentor SDRs and AEs, refining their approach, improve their sales techniques and help them reach their targets.
* Drive performance: Define clear performance metrics, track progress and make sure your team meets or exceeds sales targets.
* Bridge Sales and Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to align messaging, optimize caigns and ensure a seamless lead handover.
* Data Driven Sales Execution: Collaborate with our data engineer to translate insights into actionable sales strategies and follow up on high potential leads.
* Experiment & Optimize: Test and refine different sales approaches, channels, and messaging to identify the most effective tactics.
* Recruitment: support the recruitment process and by attracting and hiring top SDRs and AEs
YOUR PROFILE
1. Experience: 3 10 years of experience in a sales or account management role and preferably experience with leading a team.
