Your Mission


To support our growth, we are looking for a Pre-Sales Consultant to join our Pre-Sales team focused on Siemens solutions.


You will provide support throughout the pre-sales lifecycle to the Pre-Sales Lead, sales representatives, and project managers. You will be involved in the early business development phase of opportunity generation, in crafting service and/or solution proposals, and in liaising with Delivery teams..


Your Role


* Promote Percall’s value proposition and offerings to clients to generate business opportunities
* Understand client needs, challenges, and business context to tailor relevant solutions
* Present tailored offers to clients and support them in envisioning the solution/project
* Deliver demonstrations and presentations
* Design solution architectures and define key differentiators in response to client needs and RFPs
* Collaborate closely with our software vendor partner to stay up to date on their solutions, vision, and roadmaps, and define strategies accordingly
* Participate in drafting proposals in coordination with the Bid Manager
* Support and co-lead client presentations and proposal defenses
* Ensure the quality of the proposed solution by collaborating with Delivery Managers and facilitating the handover to project teams
* Continuously innovate and contribute to the evolution of Percall’s offerings
* Contribute to internal activities (tools, methodologies, knowledge sharing, etc.)


Your Profile


* 5 to 10 years of experience in software sales
* Strong knowledge of one or more PLM-type solutions for industrial clients
* Experience in delivering PLM – MOM / IoT projects for large industrial accounts: scoping, definition, build, run, etc.
* Passion for business development
* Ability to structure tailored offers based on specific client needs
* Skilled in leading client meetings, guiding discussions, and engaging both business and IT stakeholders
* Capable of organizing, coordinating, and managing various domain experts
* Able to craft and deliver optimized proposals within tight deadlines
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Creative and innovative mindset, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Autonomous, pedagogical, rigorous, and well-organized
* Fluent in French, English, and Dutch, both spoken and written


Travel will be required, primarily within Belgium, and potentially across Europe.
