Role / Mission Objective
We are looking for a highly social media–savvy person who can grow our visibility and drive traffic (stores + website) through content and campaigns that generate buzz.
You will be responsible for the company’s entire digital marketing, from executing the defined strategy to monitoring and optimizing it.
Main Responsibilities
1. Social Media (TikTok & Instagram first)
Create video concepts aligned with TikTok / Reels codes (trends, hooks, storytelling, “UGC” formats)
Create and publish content regularly
Launch “buzz” campaigns and viral formats
Manage the editorial calendar (content + promotion)
Track performance and continuously optimize
2. AI Content Creation (very important)
Use AI tools to accelerate and enhance production:
AI-assisted video generation
Fast editing, subtitles, templates
AI scripts / voice-overs
Product visuals & creative variations
Ability to generate new ideas quickly and efficiently
3. SEO & Google Visibility
Optimize organic search (website + product pages)
Improve rankings on Google and modern AI-driven search engines
Conduct keyword research (nutrition, fitness, trends, products)
Collaborate with the internal team to improve website content
4. Digital Strategy
Define a digital strategy aligned with the company’s overall strategy (retail + e-commerce)
Manage marketing campaigns from idea to execution
Track KPIs: visibility, traffic, conversion, engagement, community growth
Propose fast, actionable ideas (test & learn approach)
Profile
We are looking for someone who is:
Very comfortable with TikTok & Instagram (codes, algorithms, trends, formats)
Creative, fast, and hands-on
Able to manage everything end-to-end (idea → shooting/editing → publishing → analysis)
Passionate about content, trends, and digital performance
Comfortable with AI tools and new formats
Strong visual mindset: product visuals, launches, storytelling
Profile
Brussels or nearby strongly preferred (facilitates shooting, store visits, coordination).
