International Sales Manager (M/F/X) 📍 Hybrid/Remote from Belgium with 75% of travel time

ESCO Power, part of the Belgian ESCO Group, is a pioneer in hybrid and electric propulsion solutions for the marine and industrial sectors. Based in Saintes, Belgium, the company designs and manufactures the PHT, Parallel Hybrid Transmission and complete Hybrid Electric Solution Packages.

With more than 75 years of expertise in high-torque couplings and drive components, ESCO Power has turned its engineering heritage into innovative hybrid systems now powering vessels worldwide, from passenger transport on the Thames in London to patrol and defence applications. The company combines the agility of a family-owned business with the reach of a global group, and its ambition is clear, to lead the transition to sustainable marine propulsion.

Your Mission: a commercial, technical & international growth role
As an International Sales Manager, you will be the driving force behind ESCO Power’s international sales expansion.
You will represent the company globally, develop new markets, and build long-term partnerships with shipyards, naval architects, and marine operators.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about international B2B sales, who thrives on building relationships, has a natural technical curiosity, and wants to make a tangible impact in a fast-growing, future-oriented sector.

Develop and execute the international sales strategy for hybrid and electric propulsion solutions,
Build and maintain strong client relationships (shipyards, naval architects, boat builders, operators),
Manage long and complex sales cycles, from first contact through to installation and delivery,
Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events,
Act as the link between clients and internal teams (Business Development, Engineering, After-Sales), while tracking market trends and competitive insights.

Proven experience in international B2B sales within technical or industrial sectors, with strong technical affinity to understand and explain complex systems,
Excellent command of English, knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.
