Today, we are recruiting on behalf of one of our partners, a global leader in multi-technical services, a Senior Energy Transition Lead within their energy and decarbonization consulting department.This is a unique national entity, in strong growth, composed of around ten consultants, operating upstream with clients to build their complete decarbonization roadmap. You will be joining a fast-moving structure with a true right-hand role to the Practice Director, where you will bring both your technical expertise and your commercial drive.Your responsibilitiesAdvise and support clients in defining, planning and implementing their energy transition and decarbonization strategyAct as the technical reference point for your team and your clientsLead and mentor junior consultants on projectsManage your projects on a day-to-day basis and ensure budget trackingEnsure compliance with contractual requirements and safety standardsDevelop innovative data-driven solutions to improve energy performance and site sustainabilityWork in synergy with the group's various teams to develop integrated offerings (monitoring, EPC, digital services, carbon financing)Represent the department at events, workshops and client benchmarksActively develop commercial relationships and manage a client portfolio independentlyYour profileCivil or industrial engineering degreeMinimum 10 years of experience in one or more disciplines: HVAC, energy, decarbonization, ideally in a multi-technical engineering firm and/or industrial environmentBilingual French/DutchOutgoing personality with a genuine commercial drive: you don't wait for projects to come to you, you go after themGood understanding of control systems, energy monitoring and digital performance tracking toolsStrong project management skills, ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesAutonomy, proactivity and a continuous improvement mindsetWhat's on offerSalary package between €82,000 and €90,000 gross per year depending on profileAnnual bonus between 7% and 10%Company car + bike leasing planSmartphone with subscription + internet allowanceGroup and hospitalization insuranceEco-vouchers, meal vouchers, 13th month, holiday payRTT days offSenior executive statusPosition based in Nivelles or Grimbergen, with flexibilityInterested?
