ATOS is looking for a ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) Specialist to provide expert-level support, administration, and optimization of the ServiceNow SPM platform. This role will act as the key technical and functional resource for project portfolio management activities, ensuring accurate data management, user education, and effective reporting to drive strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for the ServiceNow SPM platform.
* Coordinate and lead meetings with project managers, service owners, and key stakeholders to ensure correct tool usage and alignment with portfolio management practices.
* Provide advanced user training, guidance, and ongoing support to project teams and management.
* Maintain and optimize the ServiceNow SPM tool configuration to reflect evolving business needs and improve usability.
* Analyze and process project portfolio data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
* Design and deliver insightful visual reports, dashboards, and presentations to senior management.
* Manage risk data within the platform and coordinate risk management activities.
* Collaborate with IT and PMO teams to integrate ServiceNow SPM with other systems and processes.
* Proactively identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of portfolio management through the tool.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow SPM usage.
* Ensure compliance with established governance and tool usage guidelines.
Required Qualifications & Skills
* Minimum 3 years of proven experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module administration, configuration, and user support.
* Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn and adapt quickly.
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and visualization.
* Experience translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for management.
* Strong facilitation skills, capable of coordinating and animating meetings with diverse stakeholders.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to educate users of varying technical levels.
* Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
