Ph3Function /h3 pYour responsibilities will be: /p ul liTo ensure the corporate administration of the Belgian listed company and the other Belgian entities, as well as the coordination and follow-up on the corporate administration of other group entities worldwide; /li liTo assist with potential acquisitions the Group would be contemplating /li liTo provide advice, organize, and/or draft corporate documentation, powers of attorney, minutes of board of director and shareholder meetings, and related planning; /li liTo assist in the corporate law aspects and administration linked to group and/or local financing agreements, i.e. guarantees, pledges, and related administration; /li liTo coordinate at Group level all transactional real estate files, such as purchase, sale, leasing, rent, etc. and review or draft related documentation; /li liTo manage real estate linked environmental files; /li liTo manage complex litigation on a worldwide level, in close coordination with external counsel; /li liTo draft complex commercial contracts of all types. /li liTo provide advice on various commercial topics, such as commercial practices, competition law, data protection, etc.; /li /ul h3Profile /h3 ul liYou hold a Belgian Master degree in Law. An additional degree in corporate law would be considered as a plus, as would be some financial expertise. /li liYou have 2 to 5 years of experience as a legal counsel or as a business lawyer in corporate and/or commercial law. /li liYou are fluent in Dutch and English with a good knowledge of French. /li liYou are result oriented, service driven, flexible, hands‑on, pro‑active and pragmatic. /li liYou are eager to learn and to develop your knowledge. /li liYou are a good communicator. /li liYou are a team player. /li /ul h3Offer /h3 pIn addition to a motivating and competitive remuneration package, the function offers an interesting blend of challenging and varied work in an international company.
