What you’ll be doing You’ll build our procurement function from the ground up like a true architect of systems and strategy. From FF&E to tech, construction to OPEX, you’ll be the driving force behind cost-effective, high-quality, and ethical sourcing. Build and lead our procurement function, structure, and playbook. Identify and manage vendors across every category: construction, FF&E, tech, marketing, and more. Secure the best deals while ensuring quality and long-term value. Own the procurement strategy, cost optimization, contract management, and risk mitigation. Work closely with Design, Development, Ops, Finance, Legal, Marketing and Tech to deliver flawless projects. Ensure our suppliers meet our ethical, sustainable, and quality benchmarks. Implement scalable systems and tools to support growth in multiple geographies.
