As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading IT projects in an agile mode.
Main Activities and Deliverables:
1. Carrying out or supervising pre-analysis and risk analysis.
2. Identifying providers, contacts, and experts, defining the project charter, and setting up the project organization.
3. Leading the internal and external kick-off with the client to understand their needs and environment.
4. Selecting Service Centers (Collaborative Tools, Multichannel, ERP, and ACM) and obtaining implementation capacity.
5. Defining tasks and deliverables and creating the project plan in an agile approach.
6. Establishing the project team and driving it forward.
7. Monitoring projects (planning, budget, scope, risks) and managing changes.
8. Bringing together all individuals involved in the project.
9. Coordinating and supervising implementation, testing, and training phases.
10. Concluding projects.
11. Providing ad-hoc reporting for specific needs.
