From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Specialised Training Consultancy, we are currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager on behalf of one of our clients, a premium fashion brand, for their boutique in Brussels.
Job description
* Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and motivating the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
* Ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience in line with brand standards.
* Assist in inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
* Handle daily store operations including opening, closing, cash management, and reporting.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
* Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular feedback to the Store Manager.
* Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.
* Step in as acting Store Manager in their absence.
Requirements:

o Previous experience in a similar role within the retail sector (1–3 years preferred).
o Strong leadership and team management skills.
o Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
o Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first approach.
o Problem-solving attitude.
o Proficiency in English and French. Additional languages is a plus.
