Robert Half is currently recruiting a CRM solution Architect to join a retail company.
Our client is located in the Antwerp region.
The scope of responsibilities for this job include:
* Develop and implement a CRM roadmap aligned with business goals.
* Collaborate with sales, commercial, and customer experience teams to deliver tailored CRM solutions.
* Manage technical and functional aspects of Dynamics 365, customizing and integrating where necessary.
* Ensure GDPR compliance and oversee third-party vendor SLA adherence.
* Drive innovation, optimize workflows, and provide actionable insights via advanced tools like Power BI.
* Document system architecture and workflows, while delivering user training programs.
* Reporting to the Head of Applications EMEA.
The requested qualifications for this job include:
* Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM in a solution architect or similar role.
* Proven ability to design, deliver and support technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
* Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 features, integrations, and data management.
* Experience managing third-party vendors and ensuring SLA adherence.
* Knowledge of GDPR and other relevant data protection frameworks.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Fluency both, written and spoken, in English and a good command of Dutch or French. Knowledge of any other European language is considered an asset.
* Experience in the supply chain industry or related sectors.
* Familiarity with sales, commercial, and customer experience processes.
* Proficiency in Power Platform tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power BI).
