We are currently looking for a Designer Pleno in Brazil. This role sits at the intersection of design, branding, and innovation within a fast-growing fintech environment. You will be responsible for translating brand strategy into compelling visual experiences across digital and offline channels, helping shape how the brand is perceived by hundreds of thousands of businesses. Working closely with marketing and cross-functional teams, you will create impactful assets for campaigns, product communication, and institutional materials. The environment is highly collaborative, agile, and open to experimentation, including the use of AI-driven tools in creative workflows. You will also contribute to motion design initiatives and support the evolution of brand identity systems. Accountabilities
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong visual communication across multiple channels, ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence in all touchpoints. The role involves both digital and print design, as well as contributions to motion, branding systems, and AI-assisted creative production.
* Create visual layouts for digital channels such as social media, websites, landing pages, blogs, and paid media campaigns
* Develop print and offline materials including flyers, brochures, presentations, and OOH (out‑of‑home) assets
* Ensure consistent application and evolution of brand identity across all communication materials
* Contribute to motion design projects, including animations and storytelling videos
* Use AI-based tools to support and enhance creative production and graphic development
* Support marketing and other teams with design needs across multiple initiatives
* Participate in brand redesign and migration projects, ensuring alignment with strategic positioning
* Apply UX/UI principles in the creation of digital assets such as landing pages, emails, and web materials
Requirements
The ideal candidate has strong design expertise, solid branding knowledge, and the ability to translate business needs into visually compelling solutions. You should be comfortable working across multiple formats, collaborating with teams, and exploring new creative technologies.
* Degree in Design, Marketing, Advertising, Video, or related fields
* Strong command of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere)
* Solid understanding of branding, visual identity systems, and brand architecture
* Experience creating digital and print‑ready design materials
* Knowledge of motion design, video editing, and visual storytelling
* Familiarity with UX/UI principles applied to digital assets
* Ability to work with layouts, typography, and visual composition for multiple formats
* Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross‑functional environments
* Experience or interest in AI tools applied to creative workflows (differential)
* Basic knowledge of HTML and digital implementation is a plus
