* 11+ years of experience as a developer
* 5+ years of proven expertise in Java development
* 5+ years of proven expertise in Angular front-end development
* Good knowledge of Akoma Ntoso (technology-neutral electronic representations in XML format of parliamentary, legislative, and judiciary documents) - essential requirement
* Good knowledge of JEE (Java Enterprise Edition)
* Good knowledge of Middleware systems such as WebLogic Application Server and Oracle Service Bus
* Good knowledge of messaging services and platforms including Java Message Service and Apache Kafka
* Experience with XML processing and data modelling
* Good analysis and problem-solving skills
* Ability to apply high quality standards
* Proven ability to write clear and structured technical documents

Job Description:
* Develop full stack applications using Java for back-end and Angular for front-end
* Work with Akoma Ntoso XML format for parliamentary, legislative, and judiciary documents
* Design and develop application components and building blocks for both back-end and front-end
* Implement and develop key features for legislative document management systems
* Analyse the integration of different information systems
* Perform data analysis and data modelling
* Install, configure, monitor, and troubleshoot application architecture
* Work with WebLogic Application Server and Oracle Service Bus for middleware management
* Implement messaging services using Java Message Service and Apache Kafka
* Develop JEE applications and components
* Build front-end applications using Angular framework
* Process and manipulate XML-based legislative documents
* Participate in technical working groups, progress meetings, and meetings with users
* Provide assistance during testing, analysis, technical documentation, deployment, evaluation, and reporting
