Mission Overview:
Join Keystone Solutions as a Senior IT Quality Analyst (Consultant) to lead end-to-end test coordination and quality assurance activities for our client. This consultancy mission focuses on modernizing and implementing research-related grants and subsidies processes within a transversal platform, integrating with user portals as well as budgetary and accounting processes. You will operate within the client?s Standards, Methodologies and Studies division, embedded in the Quality of IT Solutions sub-team, with a first assignment on the TRORA project and subsequent projects within the broader Research program. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will work closely with the client?s stakeholders to deliver measurable quality outcomes.
Client Context and Program Scope:
The client?s digital organization supports multiple internal directions through systems operations, solution management, project coordination for development and maintenance of applications, IT service provisioning, and management of vendors via various procurement frameworks. Within the Standards, Methodologies and Studies division, the Quality of IT Solutions sub-team is responsible for:
* Developing a transversal quality approach (verification and validation) across IT development activities.
* Driving quality based on user feedback and information to define and/or adapt reference documents.
* Assisting business stakeholders in coordinating tests, from support to operational setup.
* Building a community of practice around IT solution quality.
The mission is part of a program to implement Research grants within a transversal subsidies management platform based on standardized, shared processes integrated with user portals and budgetary/accounting processes. To address a specific need in test coordination, the client seeks additional quality capacity dedicated to the Research program to take charge of transversal testing activities.
Project Assignment (Initial Focus on TRORA):
The first project in scope is TRORA. The TRORA application enables integrated management of enterprise aid files for projects related to technological advances, research, and energy domains. It centralizes work from dossier intake by future beneficiaries through to payment of validated project expenses, covering administrative, technical, and accounting perspectives. The application is obsolete and will be replaced by a new application that maintains and improves existing processes. TRORA is used by multiple internal departments at the client. Service activities will be overseen by the client?s ACM Service Center and executed in collaboration with other digital teams and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities (as a Keystone Solutions consultant):
* Contribute to defining and evolving the client?s Quality policy for application testing.
* Promote quality actions, including implementing tools for testing such as master test plan, test plan, test scenarios, etc.
* Collaborate with business requesters in charge of defining needs for new applications or adaptations and maintenance.
* Participate in defining the test strategy.
* Coordinate and, when necessary, contribute to test preparation (design, support for drafting) and execution follow-up.
* Coordinate the implementation of test execution reports, issue logging, and follow-up of fixes and implementation.
* Define improvement action plans and ensure their follow-up.
* Supervise punctual quality checks of deliverables provided by suppliers.
* Define recommendations related to non-conformities and verify proper application.
* Perform non-regression tests, manual functional and technical tests, and compliance tests.
* Support the IT tester as needed.
* Contribute to producing the master test plan at project initiation.
* Participate in drafting the test plan, test cases, etc.
* Define quality thresholds with requesters and make them SMART via dashboards/reports.
* Design and adapt the test schedule with the project team.
* Structure reports to track test execution, issue follow-up, and present synthesis of outcomes.
* Participate in audits and produce detailed reports.
* Draft follow-up plans for non-conformities and continuous improvement, and produce tracking reports.
* Manage one or more projects within the Research program under the coordination of the client?s program manager and relevant project manager.

Consultancy Nature of Work at Keystone Solutions:
As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will operate under a consultancy model combining on-site presence at the client?s location with collaborative work across stakeholder groups. You will integrate into client squads and governance while benefiting from Keystone Solutions? guidance and community of practice. On-site engagement is expected at a minimum of 50%, with periods of full on-site presence during critical testing phases such as UAT.
