We are looking for a Talent Transformation Lead who is visionary, collaborative, and adaptable to join us in our Talent team, based in our Brussels office in Belgium.

You will be driving the transformation project for our organization, enabling impactful programs that shape the future of our organization. Your work will empower people, modernize processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Who you’ll work with
You will collaborate with a diverse group of colleagues across Talent, Digital, business leadership, and enabling functions such as Finance and Communications. Together, you will connect initiatives, align priorities, and deliver meaningful outcomes for our organization.
What you’ll do
1. Coordinate and enable the execution of the talent transformation roadmap (Project Blossom), ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
2. Act as the main point of accountability for delivering integrated talent programs and initiatives.
3. Establish governance structures and monitor progress through key performance indicators.
4. Drive resource allocation and iterative planning to adapt to evolving project needs.
5. Foster cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement to support transformation goals.
6. Manage program budgets and present financial analyses to leadership and stakeholders.

7. Master’s degree in Human Resources, Information Management, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
8. Proven experience in leading strategic transformation initiatives or similar large-scale change programs.
9. Strong skills in program management, stakeholder engagement, and change leadership.
10. Expertise in digital transformation and leveraging technology to modernize talent processes.
11. Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and influence without direct authority.
12. Excellent communication and advisory skills, with a focus on inclusive and clear messaging.
