The Financial Controller contributes to the reliability of financial reporting, performance monitoring, and cost analysis within the organization. Working closely with operational teams and under the supervision of the Controlling Manager, the role supports informed decision-making by providing accurate, timely, and meaningful financial insights. Main tasks and responsibilities: - Contribute to the reliability of financial processes and reporting, ensuring accurate measurement of business performance in line with Group policies and internal control requirements. - Assist in the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of financial systems and tools, helping ensure consistency, efficiency, and alignment with corporate guidelines. - Support the accuracy and governance of standard costing and full-costing processes, including regular updates, data validation, and methodological adherence. - Prepare and analyze financial reports, key performance indicators, and variance analyses (actuals vs. budget/forecast), providing structured insights to management. - Act as a Finance partner for operational teams, helping translate financial data into operational implications and supporting performance discussions. - Participate in month-end closing activities, including accruals, cost and revenue analysis, variance review, and preparation of supporting documentation in line with Group deadlines. - Contribute to management presentations, business reviews, and financial dashboards, ensuring clarity, consistency, and data integrity. - Analyze shop-visit financial data, support productivity improvement follow-up, and collaborate with operational stakeholders to ensure proper understanding of financial outcomes. - Perform financial modeling and business analyses to support decision-making, scenario evaluations, and risk/opportunity assessments. - Operate under the supervision of the Controlling Manager, who will provide methodological guidance, validation, and strategic direction across all assigned responsibilities.
