As a Customer Care Specialist at our client, you will have the following responsibilities:
* Act as Main point of contact for our client's customers.
* Search for solutions and offer customer focused solutions to ensure the best quality of service to the customers.
* Assist our client in the evolution of its processes within the Customer Care department.
* Build long lasting relationship with your customers and create adapted added value offers for your portfolios of customers.
* Work with internal and external stakeholders to find the best solution for customers.
The ideal Customer Care Specialist for our client would have the following skills :
* A Bachelor Degree or a Master Degree.
* At least 2 up to 5 years of experience in customer support.
* Fluency in French, Dutch & English.
* Analytical mindset & strong communication skills.
