Responsibilities
The Middle-Office PERE agent is part of a team that is part of a new business line related to the Alternative Investment Fund Business. His scope of clients is mainly AIFs and Securitization vehicles.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Operational tasks related to Private Equity and Real Estate transactions
Processes payments and books the related deals in the SGSS custody system
Performs oversight duties and ownership-verification of Client assets
Negotiation, analysis and operations follow-up
Maintains service level agreements
Negotiates the content and performs annual checks to ensure the document is up-to-date
Follows-up with Operations in order to ensure the document complies with operational processes
Analyses and maintains quality charts and other client metrics
Profile required
Operational skills
Advanced level of French and English
Advanced level of Italian and German
Good knowledge of Alternative Investment Funds industry
Good transversal knowledge of Depositary bank aspects
Knowledge of the legal environment and regulations (e.g. AIFMD directive)
Expertise in the payment area's (SITI, Swift, Agora)
Expertise with Efront (FIA)
