Job Description
As a Senior Consultant you will lead and design key deliverables, build relationships with client management, adapt concepts to meet client needs, facilitate workshops, and support the development of junior consultants.
* Design and deliver key deliverables, take lead on projects, and build relationships with middle and senior management.
* Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other client engagements.
* Lead on internal projects and contribute to business development activities such as proposals, commercial meetings, and writing papers and articles.
* Coach and support new hires and junior consultants, providing mentorship and feedback on a quarterly basis.
* Collaborate actively across sectoral and service working groups.
Qualifications
* University master’s degree in Civil Engineering or Commercial Engineering.
* 3 to 6 years of consulting experience.
* Outstanding teamwork, communication and analytical skills.
* Strong interest in the energy sector.
* Dynamic, autonomous, result‑oriented and rigorous.
* Trilingual in French, Dutch and English (German fluency is a plus).
* Willingness to undertake temporary assignments abroad (e.g. France, The Netherlands).
