We are looking for an IAM Consultant to join a technical team responsible for the maintenance and evolution of a CIAM platform based on SAP Customer Data Cloud (SAP CDC). Prior experience with SAP CDC is not required, although it will be positively valued. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical background in web environments and identity federation, as well as autonomy, analytical skills, and strong client communication abilities.
Tasks
* Analysis and resolution of technical incidents in the identity platform.
* Configuration and support in SAML and OIDC federation integrations.
* HTTP trace analysis and debugging of authentication/authorization flows.
* Direct interaction with technical and functional client teams.
* Collaboration in the design and implementation of improvements to the current solution.
* Review of configurations in web servers and reverse proxies (Apache, Spring Cloud Gateway).
Required Technical Knowledge and Skills
* Strong knowledge of federated identity protocols:
* SAML 2.0 (Service Provider / Identity Provider)
* OpenID Connect (OIDC)
* Experience with web servers (preferably Apache HTTP Server).
* Experience configuring reverse proxies: Apache as reverse proxy, Spring Cloud Gateway.
* HTTP traffic analysis (headers, cookies, parameters, status codes).
* Familiarity with identity and access management concepts (IAM/CIAM).
* Basic knowledge of web security: HTTPS, CORS, JWT tokens, etc.
* Ability to read logs, interpret technical errors, and perform troubleshooting.
Highly Valued
* Knowledge or experience in SAP Customer Data Cloud (CDC/Gigya).
* Previous experience in identity solution maintenance or support projects.
* Experience in enterprise environments or projects with third-party integrators.

Languages
* Spanish: native or fluent.
