We are looking for a Breast Biopsy Product Specialist to join our Breast and Skeletal Health team supporting the EMEAC region. This role can be based in any European country where Hologic has a base, with travel expected up to 20% of working time. This role will support the execution of marketing programmes for on-market products and assist in preparing for new product introductions aligned to the EMEAC Breast Biopsy product pipeline. Working closely with regional and country marketing teams, as well as cross-functional partners, you will help strengthen the value of Hologic’s Breast Biopsy portfolio, support commercial execution and contribute to our competitive strategy across the region. What To Expect Support day-to-day product lifecycle activities and help implement programmes that strengthen on-market product performance. Contribute to downstream marketing initiatives, including the development of marketing materials, sales enablement tools and promotional activities. Assist with new product introduction preparation in line with the EMEAC Breast Biopsy product pipeline. Gather and share market insights, competitive updates and field feedback to help inform regional plans and strategies. Act as a point of contact for country teams, supporting product-related requests, data needs and reporting requirements. Work closely with regional and country marketing teams to support consistent execution of Breast Biopsy portfolio initiatives. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Market Access, regional Marketing and other internal stakeholders to support commercial objectives. Use digital marketing tools and analytics platforms to support campaign execution, performance tracking and insight generation. Support marketing campaign development and execution with a hands-on, creative and solution-oriented approach. Manage assigned projects effectively, supporting delivery on time and within budget. Travel across the region as required, with expected travel of up to 20% of working time. What We Expect Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, marketing, business or a related field. At least 2 years of European marketing experience, or a combination of sales and marketing experience. Experience in operational or downstream marketing, ideally within healthcare, medical technology, breast health or a related industry. Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Market Access, regional Marketing and country teams in a matrixed environment. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across the organisation and align stakeholders around business unit priorities. A proactive, self-starting and solution-oriented mindset. Fluent Written and conversational English language skills are required. Additional European languages are beneficial but not essential. Salary: UK £33,000-£43,000, Belgium €51,000-€60,000, Spain €33,000-€43,000, France €40,000-€50,000, Germany €52,000-€60,000, Italy €33,000-€42,000, Portugal €25,000-€32,000 gross per year.
