is a consulting company supporting clients in the banking, finance, insurance, and public sectors throughout their transformation projects.

We are currently looking for a
Senior Customer Care Advisor
to join the Customer Care team of a leading organization in the
automotive and mobility sector
.

Mission Context

The Customer Care team plays a key role in ensuring
high customer satisfaction
by managing and resolving complex customer cases.

As a Customer Care Advisor, you will act as a central point of contact between customers, internal departments, and external partners, ensuring professional, timely, and solution-oriented case handling.

You will work in a collaborative environment where communication, empathy, and analytical skills are essential to deliver a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and follow up on
customer requests and complaints
, including complex and sensitive cases
* Analyze customer situations and collect relevant information from internal departments (technical, legal, commercial, etc.)
* Propose appropriate solutions in collaboration with colleagues and management
* Define and apply
commercial gestures
when relevant
* Draft clear, professional, and diplomatic written communications to customers
* Ensure accurate
administrative follow-up
of customer files
* Support and guide
dealers/concessionaires
in Customer Care procedures
* Participate in training sessions to continuously develop expertise

Profile

Languages

* French – Fluent
* Dutch – Fluent

Experience & Skills

Mandatory

* Proven experience in
Customer Service / Customer Care
(senior level)
* Strong experience in
claims or complaint management
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Customer-oriented mindset

Nice to have

* Experience with
CRM tools
(Salesforce is a plus)
* Comfortable with digital tools (MS Teams, CRM environments)

Soft Skills

* Strong customer focus and empathy
* Excellent communication and diplomacy
* Team player with a collaborative mindset
* Organized, autonomous, and resilient in complex situations
