Overview Stad Oostende seeks a Begeleider Jeugdzorg to begin immediately in one of our special youth care facilities.
Responsibilities Provide individual and group-based pedagogic care for children and young people.
Create development‐stimulating living climate.
Manage daily life within group setting and respond to situations.
Collaborate with context of the youth and encourage responsibility taking.
Work independently, team player, flexible, communicative.
Qualifications Diploma in secondary technical education in a pedagogical direction or equivalent; or level B diploma in orthopedagogy, social work, applied psychology, etc.
Valid B type driving licence.
Experience in private sector or self‐employed up to 10 years considered for start salary.
Benefits Full‐time replacement contract until 31 Oct 2026 with possible extension.
Salary C1‐3 (€2,396.43‐4,386.09) or B1‐3 (€3,864.35‐5,155.42) based on diploma.
26 days annual leave, 11 holidays.
