🎯 Your Responsibilities
LIZY is looking for a Team Lead Outbound to drive and scale our new business acquisition across European markets in which LIZY operates. At a pivotal stage of growth, you will play a key role in building and leading our outbound motion, generating pipeline, closing strategic deals and coaching a high-performing sales team.
Drive outbound acquisition
* Lead and execute the outbound strategy to generate new business across LIZY’s key markets
* Identify, prioritize and target high-potential accounts within our ICP
* Collaborate closely with BDRs to refine targeting, messaging and outreach strategies
Own the full sales cycle
* Engage with prospects and understand their business challenges and mobility needs
* Manage the full sales cycle from qualification to closing
* Structure proposals, negotiate contracts and secure deals
Lead and develop the outbound team
* Manage, coach and develop a team of BDRs and outbound Account Executives
* Set clear targets and ensure consistent pipeline generation and conversion
* Foster a high-performance culture focused on execution, accountability and learning
Optimize the go-to-market strategy
* Continuously refine ICP, sales messaging and value proposition based on market feedback
* Work closely with Sales Ops to improve outbound playbooks and processes
* Provide insights to leadership on market trends, customer needs and growth opportunities

Experience
* 5+ years in B2B sales, including experience in a fast-growing or scale-up environment
* Proven track record as a top performer; outbound expertise is a strong plus
* Strong negotiation, closing and pipeline management skills
* Previous team leadership or management experience

* Hands-on, execution-driven and entrepreneurial, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
* Highly customer-centric, focused on delivering real value in fast-changing environments
Leadership & Communication
* Passionate about building and coaching high-performing teams
* Able to set ambitious goals, inspire others and influence stakeholders
Market Fit
* Fluent in French and English, Dutch or trilingual candidates are a plus.
* Strong understanding of the current markets, buying behaviours and our ICP
