Business Controller
Business Controller | Dutch French English | Industrial sector | Permanent contractFor one of our clients, Hays is looking for a Business Controller in Ninove :
What you’ll be doing:
1. Accompanying our client's production site in Ninove in its transformation towards a data-driven company
2. Being a true business partner for the production plant management
3. Analyzing monthly financial information and relevant business KPIs
4. Preparing presentations of financial information to the Board
5. Maintaining regular communication with operational teams to understand business trends
6. Participating in the continuous improvement of financial and operational reporting
7. Participating in the implementation of financial and operational BI tools
8. Continuously looking for ways to improve business performance
9. You’ll be working mainly from Ninove and 1 to 2 days/week in Brussels .
10. You’ll report to the Financial Director .
What we are looking for :
11. Bachelor's or Master's Degree with a business finance orientation
12. 3+ years’ experience in controlling
13. Fluency in Dutch and working knowledge of French and English
14. Very good knowledge of Excel and very strong analytical skills
15. Interest in the manufacturing/production environment
16. Teamwork and excellent communication skills
17. Interest in Power BI and BI-tools
