Job Description: UEM (Unified Endpoint Management) Solutions Consultant
Location:
Hybrid (Customer site (Braine-L'Alleud), up to 3 days a week. Security Clearance required.)

Lead Manager, Delivery Operations & Governance
Primary Objective
We are seeking a Medior UEM Solutions Engineer with hands-on experience in Unified Endpoint Management to deliver, support, and optimise enterprise UEM environments.
This role is ideal for an engineer who already has practical exposure to MDM/UEM technologies and wants to further deepen their expertise in endpoint management, identity and security within complex enterprise and regular environments.
You will work closely with customers and internal teams, contributing to both day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of UEM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver and support enterprise-grade UEM solutions
* Manage and optimise UEM configurations including:
* Device enrolment and lifecyle management
* Compliance and security policies
* Application deployment and updates
* Certificates, VPN, and Wi-Fi configurations
* Provide L2/L3 operational support for UEM related incidents and service requests
* Support endpoint security integrations and zero-trust -aligned access controls
* Troubleshoot complex issues across devices, operating systems, and connectivity
* Produce and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures
* Work closely with customer security, identify, and infrastructure teams
* Contribute to CWSI standards, best practices, and reusable assets
* Support knowledge sharing and mentoring of junior engineers
Core Technical Expertise
* Hands-on experience with at least one UEM/MDM platform, such as:
* MobileIron/Ivanti
* Microsoft Intune
* Samsung Knox
* BlackBerry UEM
* Solid understanding of:
* Identity and access management concepts
* Endpoint security integrations
* Compliance-driven device management
* Zero Trust concepts
* Good working knowledge of:
* Windows, Android and iOS environments
* Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPNS, Certificates)
Skills & Experience
Essentials
* 2-5 years experience in UEM, endpoint management, or a related IT engineering role
* Provent experience supporting or delivering UEM solutions in enterprise environments
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
* Comfortable working in secure and regulated environments
* Fluent in English
Nice to have
* Experience working in professional services or customer-facing roles
* Familiarity with compliance and security frameworks (ISO, GDPR)
* Relevant certifications (or working toward them) such as:
* Microsoft Endpoint Manager / Intune
* Ivanti / MobileIron
* Samsung Knox
* Knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a strong advantage
