Lead Cloud Architect (AWS/Azure) Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid)
€I’m currently partnering with the Cloud Transformation practice of a Big 4 consultancy. They’ve recently secured a massive, multi-year programme and they are looking for a heavy-hitting Lead Cloud Architect to own the technical roadmap and drive execution.
You will be the technical authority on the account, bridging the gap between high-level client stakeholders and the engineering teams on the ground, whilst remaining close to the technology yourself.
Lead from the Front: Manage and mentor a dedicated squad of cloud architects and engineers, fostering strong cloud engineering practices.
Senior Stakeholder Management: Delivery-Focused Leadership: Ensure the engineering team is building against your designs effectively, unblocking technical issues, and maintaining architectural governance.
You know how to navigate client politics and change management.
True Enterprise Scale: You’ve led cloud transformations with infrastructure budgets in the millions, not just small-scale app migrations.
Strong Hands-on Background: Whilst designing cloud architecture day-in-day out may not be your only responsibility nowadays, it's important that this person comes from that background and understands the technical complexities and challenges from a 'boots on the ground' level.
Successful delivery on this account puts you on a direct track toward Director / Partner-level progression.
