Main Responsibilities:

1. Proximity management: ensure the office runs smoothly and coordinate the teams
\
2. Business development: identifying and prospecting new opportunities, raising the Group's profile in the market and expand Kardham customer's portfolio, with a focus on the fit-out and Design & Build businesses.
\
3. Projects monitoring: guaranteeing quality, meeting deadlines and customer satisfaction.
\
4. Projects management: if necessary, taking an active part in the various phases of projects
\
5. Leadership: supporting employees in their development and strengthening the corporate culture.
\
6. Contributing to the Group's ambitions: helping to roll out innovative initiatives and co-operate with other Group offices in other countries
\
\
