The group works with complex operations, numerous entities and a strong international footprint, requiring robust reporting frameworks and high-quality consolidated financials. The company will soon open its offices in Walloon Brabant. /p h3Job Description /h3 pYou will lead the consolidation and reporting function, oversee IFRS compliance, and safeguard the accuracy, consistency and timeliness of group accounts. As a key advisor to senior finance leadership, you will drive harmonisation of accounting practices and continuous improvement of the consolidation environment. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSteer the monthly, quarterly and annual consolidation under IFRS /li liEnsure quality and completeness of consolidated accounts (eliminations, minority interests, acquisitions/divestments…) /li liLead the preparation of the group's statutory financial statements and quarterly reporting /li liAct as main point of contact for external auditors /li liManage and optimise the consolidation system (HFM or equivalent) /li liDevelop reporting structures, dashboards and closing‑process improvements /li liSupport MA activities (PPA, integration, system setup) /li liCollaborate closely with FPA, treasury and local accounting teams. /li /ul h3The Successful Applicant /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Finance/Accounting; professional qualification (CPA, ACCA…) is an asset /li li6-10 years of experience in consolidation or audit within an international context /li liStrong IFRS expertise and ability to handle complex accounting topics /li liRigorous, analytical and comfortable with tight deadlines /li liExcellent communication with the ability to influence stakeholders across countries /li liFluent in English and French (Dutch is a plus). /li /ul h3What's on Offer3 /h3pOur client offers a complete salary package in line with your experience.
