The Regional Sales Manager will be part of the Sales Department and report to the Area Sales Manager.
Your client portfolio will be HORECA, wholesalers, catering and you will:
* Deploy and manage sales priorities within your scope, in line with Company's sales strategy.
* Analyze sales results and indicators and implement appropriate action plans.
* Lead a team of sales representatives, set their objectives, and analyze weekly performance.
* Implement actions to win new business and develop sales.
* Contribute to the development of strategic accounts in the area by implementing all necessary follow-up and lobbying actions.
* Respond to and exploit regional calls for tenders.
* Train and support employees in developing their skills.
* Ensure the application of the company's quality and safety procedures, in particular food safety rules in accordance with ISO 22000.
* Field management of the team (3days/week) - being on the road
* Participate in the recruitment, integration, training, and skills development of employees.
* Conducting performance reviews at the legally required intervals and promoting the development of employees in their positions or within the company;
* Setting objectives and evaluating the performance of team members during formal reviews and on a regular basis as part of their work;
* Give meaning and contribute to the motivation of your team, in particular by relaying information both upwards and downwards;
* Position yourself as a real driver of change by supporting the necessary changes initiated by the company and by proactively engaging with your team.
* Enforce the hygiene and cold chain rules established for the activity.
* Master in Economics or Business engineering
* At least 4-5 years of experience in a similar position within the Foodservice sector
* Commercial policy and strategy
