This person will be responsible for sales and account management activities in BeNeLux, including hospital contracting, product promotion, administration training, tender management and overall account management – calling on all relevant hospital departments including nuclear medicine, radiopharmacy, oncology and administration. This role will support Telix's portfolio of diagnostic oncology products.The ideal candidate will reside in Belgium, speaks French and travel across the BeNeLux region.Key AccountabilitiesDevelop and execute a business plan for the region that supports and reflects Telix's goalsAchieve sales targets and performance levelsBuild a deep understanding of customers and key stakeholders in the relevant markets and leverage local and national market knowledge to achieve substantial product launch resultsDevelop relationships, establish and maintain an active presence in the Nuclear Medicine and Radiopharmaceutical community and other associated organizations (e.g.: BELNUC, NVNG…)Assist in building innovative customer-centric strategies that drive sales volume, market share and profitability while building Telix's reputation in the nuclear medicine communityParticipate in and provide sales forecasts, risk and opportunity assessments for brands and ensure regional inputs are aligned with established guidelines from management and finance teamsAdhere to Corporate Compliance programs and successfully participate in training and continuing education programsEducation And ExperienceUndergraduate degree with a focus in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field required. Graduate degree preferred5+ years of experience in a sales, account management, or business development role within the pharmaceutical or biotech industriesNuclear medicine experience strongly preferredProven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market growthStrong understanding of the radiopharmaceutical market and its regulatory environment preferredStrong understanding of hospital systems required. Knowledge of nuclear medicine and oncology care pathways preferredExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsProven ability to build and manage long-term customer relationshipsSelf-starter with a strategic mindset and the ability to work independentlyFluency in French and English required.
