Your role :
As a Senior Project Manager (Asset Management Operations), you will be part of the Project & Change team within a Leading bank Asset Management, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to support operational transformation initiatives. The role focuses on framing, preparing, and delivering changes across Front-to-Middle-to-Back operations (including NAV, Reporting, etc.), ensuring smooth implementation and transition.
Your main responsibilities will include:
* Support the AM Operations in structuring and preparing upcoming operational changes.
* Manage end-to-end project lifecycle: planning, structuration, organization, and execution.
* Ensure effective communication, monitoring, reporting, and follow-up of project progress.
* Define target operating models, including prerequisites and constraints, in collaboration with stakeholders.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams across Front, Middle, and Back Office.
* Ensure smooth rollout of changes and successful transition to Business-As-Usual (BAU).
* Accompany change management initiatives and ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the process.
* Deliver measurable outcomes within timelines and quality standards.
Profile :
* 6 to 9 years of experience in project management within Asset Management or Financial Services.
* Strong knowledge of Asset Management operations (Front-to-Back, including NAV and Reporting).
* Proven experience in managing complex transformation or operational change projects.
* Experience with ETFs and/or T+1 settlement cycle is a strong advantage.
* Strong organizational and structuration skills.
* Ability to work in complex, fast-paced, and high-pressure environments.
