Join our Corporate Communications team of 6 passionate pros, driving internal, external comms and events to support sustainable growth. You’ll report to the Head of Comms and collaborate with C-level, HR, Marketing, Operations, and the Lufthansa Group network.
1. You create and execute communication plans aligned with company goals, including stakeholder coordination, budgeting, and impact follow-up.
2. You cover a wide range of strategic topics—like new aircraft, exciting destinations, Belgian Icons, and partnerships with Tomorrowland or the Red Devils—while also managing sensitive issues.
3. You craft targeted content for multiple platforms, keep internal channels up to date, advise senior leaders, support internal ambassadors, and bring our employer brand to life alongside HR and Marketing.

4. Bachelor’s in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, .. or a related field;
5. >5 years of experience in corporate communications or related;
6. Proven ability to mix strategic communication skills with a clear hands-on mentality; able to create and implement successful communication projects with multiple deadlines;
7. Excellent writing & storytelling skills in English; proficiency in French and/or Dutch is a plus;
8. Ability to handle sensitive information and manage challenging situations with discretion and professionalism;
9. Digital native: proficiency with different digital communication tools and platforms (CMS, ..);
10. Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with a sense for creating synergies and win-wins;
11. Enthusiastic, positive self-starter & team player with commitment to excellence.
